Secure Key Management

If an alarm is activated or emergency access is requested, our Control Room immediately dispatches the nearest available response officer to your premises.
Site Assessment
On arrival, the officer investigates the cause of the callout, checks the security of the building and provides access to authorised personnel or emergency services where necessary.
Securing the Premises & Reporting
Once the incident has been resolved, the premises are secured, alarms reset where appropriate, and a comprehensive incident report is completed. Reports are provided after every attendance, including false alarms, giving you a clear record of the actions taken.
